We’re still going strong with our sessions – and we’re loving every minute of it! So much so, we’re looking to expand to more days to better fit around shift patterns, especially for mixed teams.– so more of you can get involved, no matter your rota.

 

What’s it all about?

• Fun – first and foremost!

• Fitness – disguised as a game

• Learning together – whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned player

 

Who can join?

Everyone. All abilities, all ages, all genders. If you’re part of the policing family, you’re welcome.

If you’re curious, come along and give it a go – no pressure, just good vibes and a great bunch of people.

 

When & Where?

• Mon–Thu: Between 18:00 and 21:00 (1-hour game) – Northampton High School

• Saturday: Between 12:30 and 14:30 (1-hour game) – Sponne School, Towcester

• Sunday: Between 12:00 and 14:00 (1-hour game) – Northampton High School, Wootton
